2.2 The yoga teacher reserves the right to provide services to others for the duration of the agreement and is not required to devote his services exclusively to the Guiding Company. If studio insurance doesn`t cover you, you should look at insurance yourself. Whichever person pays, it is important to determine who is responsible for the underwriting of this insurance, as well as the amount. 3.2 Calendar: Guiding Company maintains and publishes a calendar showing the start and end schedules of Yoga Retreats, as agreed between Guiding Company and Yoga Teacher. Guiding Ompany is committed to providing on-site/on-site sites for yoga classes and yoga teachers agree to take on-site/off-site yoga classes during the serann yoga retreat. 3.3 Replacement Entrepreneur: Yoga teachers should not use substitutes for his services during yoga days unless Guiding Ompany agrees with him. 9.2 Guiding Company may terminate this contract immediately after its choice by notifying yoga teachers in writing. We reserve the right to cancel a withdrawal in all circumstances. In particular, for our pensions, a minimum of 60% of the participants who have booked up to 30 days before the departure date is required.

Ompany`s management is not responsible for any cost or cost of any type that yoga teachers have to provide services for yoga classes during yoga retreats. Surf Gwada covers the yoga teacher`s accommodation for yoga retreat time, on island transportation and excursions with the Guiding Ompany while she runs the Yoga Retreat. 8.2 Workplace: The Guiding Company undertakes to organize premises or premises in accordance with the terms of this contract for use by yoga teachers, while providing contractual services. 8.1 Guiding Company Collaboration: Guiding Company is committed to fulfilling all reasonable wishes of the yoga teacher and to providing access to all relevant services, facilities and documents that are reasonably necessary to provide services in accordance with this contract. Guiding Company will publish the calendar of yoga retreats to be taught by the yoga teacher. 9.4 Dismissal by yoga teachers for the failure of Guiding Company: If the Guiding Company refuses to execute this contract or significantly violates any of its provisions, yoga teachers may immediately terminate this agreement at their choice by notifying in writing guiding company. 12.1 The annexes to this agreement may be amended from time to time with the mutual agreement of Guiding Company and Yoga Teacher.
